TRUSTWORTHY!!! I’ve noticed mechanics who are basically just robbing you of your money. Claiming this or that is the issue with the vehicle and after paying them to fix it, either the issue is still there or they find another so-called problem that needs repair. With this company they pinpointed the problem immediately and corrected it. I drive the car without worry and feel safe driving. When I was told that the owner of the company test drove the car after the repairs, it let me know how serious this company is about what they put their hands on. So far so good. Great and friendly customer service with the young lady at the front desk. I love that they have courtesy vehicles to borrow for the day. They gave me a older BMX 3, which was totally fine for same day service. They are close to my house. Thanks again, i hope to do business with them in the future.

Why I choose Crown Automotive because, when I started my car a squeaking noise would appear, very annoying, long story short, they had great reviews online, took a chance and booked an appointment with the nice ladies in the front, diagnostic test was showing a list, I approved some very needed maintenance off the list, car sounds and drives better. Also, the price was reasonable. I just want to say, thank you!

I recently bought a 2012 Jaguar XK8 which needed front end suspension work. I asked Crowne to do a thorough review of the vehicle because I would like to take it on an upcoming trip. Their system for communicating the diagnostics with costs and options along with progress is first class. I was apprehensive at first at the purchase of this vehicle but I am very happy I found Crowne to do the maintenance and repairs. The staff is very friendly. Exceptional service from booking a service appointment to the professional work completed on the car.

Tyler worked on my 2018 Mercedes Benz to replace faulty fuel injectors. I have now been driving the vehicle for several days and have not encountered any issues. This was a persistent problem that was even missed by the dealerships service department. After such a disappointing experience I decided to give Crown Automotive a chance. Was referred to Crowne by 2 different friends. Had a ‘17 MB 450GLS in for 40K service AKA “B1”. Easy drop off and estimate of expected charges received day prior to appointment. Was completed in time and within the estimate. Tech discovered 2 lug nuts missing from one wheel and replaced them. Great customer service, communication, and coordination. Highly recommend this shop for service of any European make.
